Meet Steven Beck

Steven Beck, founder of Beck/Eastwood Recruitment Solutions began his recruitment career with the Snelling & Snelling organization in 1980. Over the next 4 years, Steve consistently achieved national awards status across the U.S. for his achievements in Sales Recruitment.

As his Encino, CA office faced numerous owner changes, Steve made the decision to start Beck/Eastwood in 1985 as a value-added, client-focused alternative to the franchise mentality of the Snelling culture.

Steve’s vision informs Beck/Eastwood today, as we close in on our 25th year in business, developing your most important asset—human capital!

Steve is an avid tennis player (4.5) and golfer (Drives well, in fact, has never had a 'reported' cart accident. Overheard quoting the 'Gordon Gekko' altruism, “Green is good!"... As opposed to beige, brown or blue… the color of Steve's usual lie). He’s a professional drummer whose timing is impeccable.
