Our clients are the companies we serve. Beck/Eastwood locates outstanding Sales, Marketing and Executive Professionals to exacting client profiles. We earn our fees when we deliver the acceptance of a job offer to the candidate we’ve uncovered that meets our client’s needs. We smooth over the courtship process between Company and Candidate to ensure both parties have a Win Situation. As a side benefit of our service, we DO improve the quality of our placed Candidates’ lives, but that is NOT the purpose of our business, or Industry.

Our relationships with individuals are the keys to our ongoing success. Beck/Eastwood is in the relationship business. Our relationships are tied to individuals we meet in the process of our searches. These are not one shot deals, where our only interest is in the search(es) we’re doing today. Our business is sustained by tracking individuals we meet through the breadth of their careers. Often, we’ll represent someone as a candidate, will accept referrals of others from them as a resource and will serve them as Hiring Managers with their current companies. Our goal is to add value through the people we meet and know. The roles we assume to achieve value change with the careers of the individuals we work with and represent.
